What you'll do:
- Build and scale our integration platform connecting to hundreds of enterprise applications
- Plan and execute large multi-team projects with incremental deliverables
- Engage directly with customers on complex integration requirements
- Establish code quality standards
- Provide leadership during ambiguous situations
- Mentor and develop other engineers
What we're looking for:
- Track record shipping complex, multi-team systems at scale
- Deep Go or similar backend language expertise
- Systems thinking balancing technical debt and velocity
- Demonstrated technical leadership
- High agency and ability to unblock independently
- Production environment debugging and monitoring experience
- Experience with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)
- Clear technical communication skills
- Collaborative mindset
Nice-to-have:
- AI-native product development, LLM integration, RAG systems
- Integration platform or multi-API scale experience
- Identity protocols (SCIM, SAML, OAuth, LDAP, Active Directory)
- Multi-tenant SaaS with enterprise security
- Open source contributions
