About the Role
Clarity AI, a leading sustainability tech company backed by BlackRock, SoftBank, and Deutsche Borse, is hiring a Senior MLE Staff Engineer to build infrastructure for AI systems in Madrid, Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Design platforms for efficient deployment, scaling, and management of LLMs and multi-agent systems
- Create specialized infrastructure to support long-running agentic workflows, including state management, tool-calling interfaces, and complex reasoning loops
- Implement observability tracking model hallucinations, token usage, and RAG performance
- Establish deployment pipelines with automated evaluation frameworks, safety guardrails, and CI/CD/CT pipelines
- Build and manage complex agentic workflows with multi-agent architectures
Requirements
- 3+ years MLOps/AI production engineering experience
- Expert Python, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP
- Prompt lifecycle management, LLM abstraction layers, cost controls
- C1 English proficiency
- Experience with model registries, monitoring, drift detection
