Senior AI Engineer - Voice Biometrics & Conversational AI

We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the evolution of our voice technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish the Trust Layer: Design and deploy robust voice biometric systems (Speaker Verification and Identification)
• Anti-Spoofing & Security: Develop advanced liveness detection and anti-cloning models to protect against deepfakes and synthetic audio attacks
• Architect Voice AI Agents: Lead the long-term transition toward autonomous Voice Agents by integrating Biometrics with ASR, TTS, NLU and LLMs
• Pipeline Innovation: Build end-to-end low-latency pipelines for streaming audio, enabling real-time human-in-the-loop or fully autonomous interactions
• LLM Integration: Implement Large Language Models and Speech-to-Speech architectures to give voice agents contextual memory and reasoning capabilities
• Performance Engineering: Optimize models for accuracy and latency, sub-second Time to First Token

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in AI/ML with strong portfolio in Speech Processing or Audio Intelligence
• Biometric Expertise: Speaker recognition, embedding extraction (x-vectors/d-vectors), signal processing
• Conversational AI Vision: Deep understanding of the modern Voice Stack (ASR, LLMs, TTS into cohesive agentic workflow)
• Expert-level PyTorch or TensorFlow, familiarity with SpeechBrain, NVIDIA Riva, or Kaldi
• Production deployment in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
