About
The job board for engineers who build with AI agents — not just talk about them.
Maxim Buz
Agentic Software Engineering Consultant
I build software exclusively with AI agents — haven't written a line of code manually since January 2026. I consult with engineering teams on agentic development transformation: how to restructure workflows, build verification harnesses, and make the shift from typing to thinking.
Why This Board Exists
I saw a gap in the market. “AI experience” on a job listing can mean anything from “we have a ChatGPT subscription” to “agents ship to production daily.” No platform distinguishes between the two. Existing boards brand around “vibe coding” — the casual term. This board uses the professional framing: agentic engineering.
When I consult with engineering teams on agentic development transformation — restructuring how they work, building verification harnesses, setting up CI/CD guardrails for agent output — the hardest part isn't the tooling. It's finding engineers who've actually done this before. That's the hiring gap this board fills.
What Makes This Different
Filter by actual AI tools
Not just “AI experience.” Filter by Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, Codex — the tools your team actually uses.
Agentic maturity levels
See whether a company means “we have a ChatGPT subscription” or “agents ship to production.” The distinction matters.
European coverage
Most agentic engineering boards are US-only. This one covers EU, UK, and remote roles available to European engineers.
Built by a practitioner
Every feature on this site was built with the tools it serves. The entire codebase is agent-generated. I know what these engineers actually need because I am one.
Resources
Beyond the job board, I publish resources for both engineers and hiring teams:
- What is Agentic Engineering? — the definitive explainer on the role, the skills, and the evidence from production.
- Interview Guide for Agentic Engineers — 9 questions with green/red flags to evaluate candidates. Built for non-technical interviewers too.
