Agentic AI Engineer

Accenture is hiring an Agentic AI Engineer in Budapest to build multi-agent systems that can reason, plan, and take action.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build multi-agent systems that can reason, plan, and take action through agent collaboration
• Design and implement orchestration patterns
• Optimize RAG pipelines
• Build testing and observability frameworks for production-ready agentic workflows
• Integrate external APIs and tools into agent workflows
• Apply prompt engineering and memory/state management techniques

Requirements:

• Practical experience with Python for LLM-based applications
• Hands-on with at least one agent framework or orchestration approach (e.g., LangChain or a comparable framework)
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Experience integrating external APIs and tools
• Prompt engineering skills

Nice to Have:

• LangGraph (graph/state-machine orchestration)
• Langfuse (tracing/evaluation tooling)

This is an early-career, full-time Packaged Application Development Analyst role.
