AI Automation Engineer

Attanda is a Vienna-based AI automation company. As an AI Automation Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain robust automation systems for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions that connect AI agents, workflows, and business systems
• Build and maintain AI-driven workflow automations
• Design and optimize AI voice and AI chat agents for production environments
• Develop structured automation flows
• Integrate systems with CRMs and APIs
• Implement monitoring solutions and ensure reliability and scalability
• Maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, strategy, and client teams

Requirements:

• Automation engineering or backend systems experience
• API/webhook integration expertise
• Structured data handling proficiency
• AI voice agent and chatbot familiarity
• Problem-solving capabilities
• Business requirement translation abilities
• Fluent English (German preferred)

Compensation: €65,000-€90,000 annually (gross)
