About the Role
Attanda is a Vienna-based AI automation company. As an AI Automation Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain robust automation systems for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions that connect AI agents, workflows, and business systems
- Build and maintain AI-driven workflow automations
- Design and optimize AI voice and AI chat agents for production environments
- Develop structured automation flows
- Integrate systems with CRMs and APIs
- Implement monitoring solutions and ensure reliability and scalability
- Maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, strategy, and client teams
Requirements:
- Automation engineering or backend systems experience
- API/webhook integration expertise
- Structured data handling proficiency
- AI voice agent and chatbot familiarity
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Business requirement translation abilities
- Fluent English (German preferred)
Compensation: €65,000-€90,000 annually (gross)
