Chatbot LLM Engineer (all genders)
About the Role
botario is a company specializing in the development of intelligent chatbots (Conversational AI). botario GmbH is a spin-off from JUST ADD AI GmbH and part of NFON AG.
As a Chatbot LLM Engineer you create tailored chat and voice bots for clients using the botario platform. Your work spans the full lifecycle: from initial concept through deployment, including determining how business processes translate into dialogue flows, developing the necessary content, and integrating client systems. You apply prompt engineering techniques to improve the bots' efficiency and accuracy, working hands-on with the latest LLM technologies and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Guide development of customized chatbots and voicebots from conceptualization through deployment
- Translate client business processes into dialogue/dialog flows
- Develop the necessary chatbot content
- Build system integrations for clients
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to enhance bot performance, efficiency, and accuracy
Requirements:
- A completed university degree or equivalent training
- Professional experience in software development or chatbot creation
- Strong Python programming proficiency
- Hands-on experience with current LLM technologies and practices
- Analytical, solution-oriented problem-solving abilities
- Team collaboration skills with agile methodologies
- Independent work capacity
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
