About the Role
bswift India is hiring an AI Engineer in Bangalore to design AI solutions for benefits enrollment and HR automation using multimodal LLMs and agentic systems. You will develop and integrate agentic systems using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph for autonomous decision-making and workflow automation. The role involves integrating semantic search using vector databases and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, working with LLM providers such as Amazon Bedrock, Azure AI Studio, and other platforms. You will implement agentic workflows for HR processes.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience
- Python and SQL proficiency
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and cloud platforms (AWS Bedrock preferred)
- Microservices and RESTful APIs knowledge
- HIPAA/GDPR/ERISA compliance understanding
