Senior AI Engineer

About the Role

Cashflo is looking for an experienced AI Engineer to lead the full lifecycle of Generative AI solutions across its B2B payments platform. You will design and deploy LLM-powered workflows, RAG pipelines, OCR, and Agentic AI systems while architecting secure, scalable infrastructure. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to the strategic direction of AI initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Design and deploy LLM-powered workflows, RAG pipelines, OCR, and Agentic AI systems
• Architect secure, scalable cloud infrastructure
• Build and maintain robust APIs and data pipelines
• Implement MLOps/DevOps practices
• Mentor junior engineers
• Contribute to strategic direction of AI initiatives

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience
• Generative AI and LLM-based application development
• Strong Python programming
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• MLOps/DevOps (Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible)
• Backend frameworks: FastAPI or Spring Boot
• Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL, Vector Databases
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph

Tech Stack: Python, Elasticsearch, ELK stack, Infrastructure-as-Code, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, GCP/AWS/Azure
