The Role:
As a Principal AI Deployment Architect, you will work directly with customers to understand their problems and design, deploy and scale innovative AI solutions and automations using our Process Intelligence platform.
The work you'll do:
- Architect & Deploy: Prototype, develop, and scale end-to-end AI solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging Python, LLM-based architectures (RAG), and Machine Learning models.
- Strategic Alignment: Pitch the Celonis AI value proposition to C-level stakeholders.
- Scale Innovation: Identify high-impact AI use cases and package them into scalable, repeatable offerings (e.g., via the Machine Learning Workbench).
- Lead "Lighthouse" Projects: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI Lighthouse customers.
- Cross-Functional Feedback: Act as the technical voice of the customer, collaborating with Product & Engineering to influence the roadmap for AI Agents and automation capabilities.
- Full-Stack Implementation: Design and architect deployments that seamlessly integrate AI, Process Intelligence, and Automation into complex enterprise IT landscapes.
