Coder's mission is to make agentic AI a safe, trusted, and integral part of every software development lifecycle. Their self-hosted Agentic Development Environment (ADE) is the foundation for deploying agentic AI in the enterprise. Products include 'Mux' (browser-based and desktop application for running parallel AI coding agents in governed workspaces) and 'Blink' (experimental agent development engine).
The Software Engineering Manager role is available in UK, Ireland, and Poland (remote). Salary: GBP 90K-122K + equity + bonus.
