AI Automation Engineer

Cosuno seeks an AI Automation Engineer to drive efficiency scaling. This execution-focused role partners across departments to identify and implement AI-driven workflows, leveraging existing models rather than building proprietary ones from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Discovery & Prioritization: Identify high-ROI automation opportunities with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Product teams
• Workflow Engineering: Design and deploy end-to-end AI workflows using orchestration tools (n8n, Vector Databases) and APIs to build a universal memory for Cosuno
• Scaling & Modularity: Build reusable solutions across departments
• Enablement & Governance: Establish AI guardrails while empowering other teams
• Monitoring & Optimization: Track success metrics including ROI and reliability

Required Profile

• "Product" mindset prioritizing business value over perfection
• Proficiency in Python, n8n, and API architecture
• Hands-on experience with RAG and connecting LLMs to proprietary data
• Preference for "Reasoning Chains" over custom model training
• Systems thinking with ability to identify data flow patterns
• Experience driving organizational change
• Pragmatic approach: "ship a working automation in two weeks"
