Applied AI Engineer

DeepIntent is hiring an Applied AI Engineer to embed directly with US commercial and operational teams, building a human and agentic 'operating system' that powers how we work as a company.

What you'll do:

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate administrative and repetitive workflows across commercial operations
• Identify high-value automation opportunities across the business with stakeholder collaboration
• Prototype and ship solutions rapidly using LLMs, APIs, and Python
• Integrate OpenAI and Anthropic Claude APIs into production systems
• Build MCP servers and integrations
• Serve as embedded technical contact within commercial and PMO teams
• Technical documentation, monitoring, and solution optimization

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering)
• 2+ years hands-on software development experience
• Proven LLM experience with OpenAI and Anthropic Claude
• Python scripting proficiency
• RESTful API and third-party service integration experience
• Prompt engineering knowledge
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
• Eastern Time availability

Location: New York, NY
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 base + performance bonus
