Role Overview

This position bridges pre- and post-sales customer experience by developing TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python solutions on DevRev's core platform, with emphasis on Knowledge Graph construction and third-party system integration.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: 30% direct client interaction
• Technical Development: 70-80% hands-on implementation including AI agent design, system integrations, and automation deployment
• Design, develop, and launch AI agents, integrations, and automations that connect DevRev with customers' existing tech stacks and workflows
• Integration Work: Connect DevRev with existing platforms via APIs, webhooks, and real-time architectures
• AI Optimization: Apply prompt engineering and generative AI techniques (RAG, function calling)
• Data Analysis: Write SQL queries and develop analytical dashboards
• Prototyping: Build proofs-of-concept and conduct technical demonstrations
• Travel: Up to 30% for on-site implementations and customer engagements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development, systems integration, or platform engineering
• Strong TypeScript, JavaScript, Python proficiency
• Large Language Model familiarity (RAG, function calling, prompt engineering)
• API integration experience (REST, GraphQL, webhooks)
• Serverless deployment knowledge (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions)
• Data transformation and graph structure expertise
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Go programming language experience
• Model Context Protocol (MCP) familiarity
• Advanced degrees or AI/architecture certifications
