About the Role
ExaWizards in Tokyo is hiring an LLM Engineer to work on LLM-centered products in the sales domain and lead the design and development of LLM-based features. The role involves designing evaluation processes, guardrails, continuous improvement mechanisms, and logging systems to address the inherent uncertainty of LLMs. You will build and improve monitoring and operational frameworks to ensure quality, and stay up to date with AI agent technologies and the latest research papers.
Requirements:
- Residency in Japan
- Business-level Japanese
- 2+ years of experience developing products as a software engineer
- Experience developing LLM applications
Salary: 6.5M-10.1M JPY. The role is partially remote with required office attendance once per week at the Tokyo head office.
