AI Engineer

This position focuses on designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI systems powered by large language models, emphasizing software engineering and implementation rather than research.

Key Responsibilities

• Design production AI systems with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic frameworks
• Create evaluation frameworks for system performance monitoring
• Build production-grade applications with clean code, error handling, APIs, and data pipelines
• Implement and maintain retrieval systems using vector/graph databases and chunking strategies
• Establish feedback loops and observability mechanisms
• Optimize prompts across model providers for latency, cost, and quality tradeoffs

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on LLM API development experience
• RAG architecture and vector database implementation
• Multi-step LLM workflows using frameworks like Claude Agents SDK or LangGraph
• Strong Python with production API development experience
• Cloud platform expertise (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Distributed systems, CI/CD, and testing framework knowledge
• SQL and pandas proficiency
