Full Stack AI Engineer

Infinity Constellation is a holding company building full-stack AI businesses. We're building an AI-native engineering team within Infinity to rapidly prototype and validate product ideas across our portfolio. This is a contract-to-hire role with a rolling start date.

What You'll Do:

• Develop working prototypes of agentic AI applications and LLM workflows
• Build full-stack products across fast-moving sprints, from one-week validation experiments to scaling production tools inside early-stage companies
• Rapidly experiment across frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, and AutoGen
• Interface directly with product thinkers and founders to distill ambiguous ideas into testable code
• Contribute to shared internal libraries (the Infinity Commons)
• Embed with portfolio companies during launches or execution blocks

Required Qualifications:

• Python fluency with AI toolkit and API experience
• Proven ability to build proofs-of-concept and MVPs rapidly
• Comfort blending commercial APIs, open-source tools, and low-code solutions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with AI agents, vector databases, or RAG pipelines
• Frontend development in React and Next.js
• STEM, data science, or quant engineering background
• Prior venture-backed startup or founder experience

Compensation: $75/hour USD during the first 4-week trial period. Permanent role compensation discussed after trial. Fully remote, global, contract-to-hire.
