Agent Workflow

Designing and building AI agents combining LLMs, RAG, reasoning, memory and tool orchestration. Working with MCP-style architectures and LangChain/LangGraph frameworks.

About the Role

Our client is a globally established B2B information and professional services business, operating across multiple high-value industry sectors. They have established data science and machine learning engineering teams already delivering in production, and are now expanding their AI capability significantly across the global organisation.

If you've built LLM-powered systems and agentic workflows that are live in production - not demos, not prototypes - and you want to do that at genuine scale, this is worth looking at.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and building AI agents and agentic workflows - combining LLMs, RAG, reasoning, memory and tool orchestration to solve real, complex business problems
  • Own end-to-end delivery from exploration through production deployment
  • Work with MCP-style architectures and LangChain/LangGraph frameworks
  • Integrate AI into products and APIs with focus on latency and cost
  • Collaborate on observable, maintainable system design

Requirements:

  • Proven, production-grade experience shipping LLM-powered systems with clear, real-world examples
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents including tool use, orchestration and multi-step reasoning
  • RAG systems that actually deliver, not just proofs of concept
  • Strong Python skills and solid machine learning foundations
  • Cloud deployment experience across AWS, GCP or Azure
  • Master's degree (or higher) in mathematical, scientific, or CS field preferred

  • Rate: GBP 500-675 per day
  • Outside IR35
