About the Role
Lovable is an AI-powered app builder seeking an Engineer for the Agents & Evals team. The core mission is to build, tune, and scale agents that power Lovable's products.
Key Responsibilities
- Adding agent skills and tools
- Improving agent reasoning and orchestration
- Designing multi-agent collaboration
- Building evaluation frameworks and benchmarks
- Creating experimentation pipelines and feedback loops
- Analyzing agent behavior and performance
Core Requirements
- Strong engineering fundamentals (backend, frontend, or full-stack)
Preferred Qualifications
- AI agent development experience
- LLM production systems experience
- Evaluation frameworks expertise
- ML feature shipping experience
Tech Stack: React, Golang, Rust, Cloudflare, Kubernetes, GCP, Modal, Temporal
