Agentic AI Software Engineer

Machine Learning Reply seeks a Consultant combining software engineering expertise with modern AI systems experience. The role supports clients in designing and building intelligent, production-ready systems that leverage LLMs, autonomous agents, and scalable cloud architectures across banking, insurance, and automotive sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy scalable, production-grade systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Develop and operate agentic AI systems including multi-step workflows, tool integration, and autonomous decision-making
• Lead end-to-end AI feature implementation from prototyping to production
• Build high-performance APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Spring Boot
• Integrate generative AI solutions including LLMs, vector databases, and RAG pipelines
• Design orchestration pipelines with LangChain/LangGraph
• Establish MLOps/LLMOps and CI/CD workflows

Requirements:

• University degree in technical/quantitative field
• Programming experience in Python, Java, Rust, or JavaScript
• Production ML/AI deployment experience
• SQL/NoSQL database knowledge
• LLM and generative AI integration experience
• Fluent English and mandatory C1-level German

Desired: Cloud AI services experience, MLOps, PyTorch/TensorFlow/Hugging Face, Docker/Kubernetes, cloud certifications.
