About the Role
Develop and implement Generative-AI-models and (Multi-)Agent-based LLM-applications for client needs across banking, insurance, automotive, and retail industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement generative AI models, multi-agent LLM applications, and AI-based solutions for clients
- Build and maintain AI pipelines, APIs, and interactive applications using large language models and multimodal models
- Analyze business problems in GenAI context and translate them into technical solutions
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and present results clearly
- Work across technology stacks including Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, LangChain, and Hugging Face
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to knowledge sharing
Required Skills
- Completed degree in technical field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, etc.)
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP and AI-based production systems
- Programming proficiency in Python, R, Rust, PySpark, or SQL
- Background in context engineering, Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization, and model deployment
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong communication skills and project management abilities
