GenAI Engineer (m/w/d)

As a GenAI Engineer at Machine Learning Reply in Munich, you develop and implement generative AI models, (multi-)agent-based LLM applications and AI-based solutions for customer-specific requirements.

What you'll do:

• Develop generative AI models and (multi-)agent-based LLM applications ((Multi-)Agent-basierte LLM-Anwendungen)
• Build and maintain AI pipelines (KI-Pipelines), APIs and interactive applications
• Work on components such as Large Language Models, multimodal models, and Knowledge Graphs
• Apply Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Context Engineering
• Mentor junior team members and communicate complex technical solutions to clients

What we're looking for:

• Completed degree in a technical/quantitative field plus relevant experience
• Strong programming skills in Python (R, Rust, PySpark, SQL a plus)
• Experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and Databricks
• Containerization and deployment experience

Work model: Hybrid, on-site in Munich.
