Software Engineer (Full Stack, Backend-leaning)

We're building an agent to manage single family rental properties across the United States. We currently manage ~12,000 homes, are growing quickly, and are looking for full stack, back-end leaning engineers who would love to contribute to a state of the art agent.

Mason is an AI maintenance coordinator for property management companies. The product takes tenant calls, texts, and emails 24/7, dispatches vendors, schedules work, handles invoicing, and closes around 80% of work orders on its own. We're automating maintenance workflows so property management teams can focus on the relationships that grow their business.

What the role involves:

• Contributing to a production LLM-driven agent that communicates with tenants and vendors in the real world
• Full stack work with a back-end lean: building the systems behind the agent, the integrations, and the workflows it runs
• Working in-person with our customers to understand how the agent performs in the field
