Senior AI Engineer - Freelance

Mirakl is hiring a Senior AI Engineer (permanent CDI or freelance options available) in Paris or Bordeaux to design, develop, and optimize AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and LangFlow. The role focuses on agentic commerce: AI-powered agents that autonomously search, discover, compare, and purchase across the marketplace ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and LangFlow.
• Leverage large language models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Own the full lifecycle of AI agents from design through MVP delivery and iterations.
• Implement reusable frameworks to accelerate development while ensuring scalability through evaluation, monitoring, testing, and deployment.
• Explore emerging AI paradigms and maintain technology watch.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience as Data Scientist or ML Engineer with strong software engineering skills.
• Proven experience building AI agents using LLMs, RAG, and MCP technologies with architectural design expertise.
• Production deployment expertise for AI solutions.
• Strong Python proficiency.
• Fluent in English and French.

Stack: Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS, Databricks, Spark, SQL, Airflow, Delta Lake, LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow.

Work model: Hybrid, 4 days on-site required in Paris or Bordeaux.
