Senior AI Engineer

ML6 is a leading AI & Machine Learning company with a team of 100+ AI and ML experts, based in Ghent, Amsterdam and Berlin. As a Senior AI Engineer, you take up the tech lead role on a per-project basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing end-to-end ML solutions, from data engineering to deploying sophisticated models
• Working with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and generative AI systems on major cloud platforms
• Engineering agentic systems and complex workflows using advanced prompt engineering techniques
• Leading team projects and mentoring junior engineers
• Translating client needs into technical roadmaps
• Deploying production-ready applications on all major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure)

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Machine Learning and software development experience
• Python proficiency and cloud expertise (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Computer Science degree or related field
• Strong English communication skills for client-facing work
• Knowledge of MLOps principles and scalable system design
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects with coaching mindset
