Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer - Agentic Software

Moloco is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer for the Agentic Software team in Moloco Commerce Media. You'll design and ship agentic software that helps advertisers manage campaigns through natural language interfaces and intelligent automation.

What you'll do:

• Design and ship agentic software that helps advertisers manage campaigns through natural language interfaces and intelligent automation
• Build LLM-based applications with agents, tool use, prompt engineering
• Own production infrastructure and customer-facing full-stack applications
• Lead feature development, design, optimization, testing, and maintenance
• Mentor engineers and prototype advanced AI features
• Own operational aspects: dashboards, alerts, runbooks, and sustainable on-call rotation

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of engineering experience
• Full-stack capability (frontend, backend, infrastructure)
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications (agents, tool use, prompt engineering, or similar)
• System design and implementation skills
• Cloud/Big Data platform experience
• Track record shipping customer-facing products

• Infrastructure: AWS, GCP, Apache Beam, Spark, BigTable, BigQuery

Salary: $184,000 - $234,000 USD
