AI/ML Engineer

NN Group's newly formed Assetization Team in Prague is hiring an AI/ML Engineer to transform proven AI use cases into reusable, scalable assets that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize AI/ML models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras
• Construct LLM/GenAI applications including RAG and agentic frameworks
• Optimize and monitor model performance and user experience
• Collaborate across Data Science, engineering, and business teams
• Document solutions and maintain internal knowledge bases
• Track emerging AI/LLM trends and tools

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years AI/ML engineering experience with LLMs, GenAI, traditional ML
• Python proficiency and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
• Agentic AI experience: LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, LLMOps/MLOps
• Databricks Mosaic AI familiarity
• Azure cloud platform knowledge (preferred)
• CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
• RESTful APIs and FastAPI competency
• Advanced English for international collaboration
