About the Role
NN Group's newly formed Assetization Team in Prague is hiring an AI/ML Engineer to transform proven AI use cases into reusable, scalable assets that deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize AI/ML models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras
- Construct LLM/GenAI applications including RAG and agentic frameworks
- Optimize and monitor model performance and user experience
- Collaborate across Data Science, engineering, and business teams
- Document solutions and maintain internal knowledge bases
- Track emerging AI/LLM trends and tools
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years AI/ML engineering experience with LLMs, GenAI, traditional ML
- Python proficiency and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
- Agentic AI experience: LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, LLMOps/MLOps
- Databricks Mosaic AI familiarity
- Azure cloud platform knowledge (preferred)
- CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
- RESTful APIs and FastAPI competency
- Advanced English for international collaboration
