About the Role
Nordnet seeks an engineer to work on the Agents team, a platform focused on scaling AI adoption and AI productivity across Nordnet by building agentic workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build agentic workflows automating software development lifecycle phases
- Develop tooling for AI-assisted code review, testing, and delivery
- Identify developer workflow bottlenecks and create AI solutions
- Maintain internal developer portal and shared tooling
- Generate data-driven insights on engineering practices
- Collaborate with product and platform teams on tool adoption
Required Qualifications
- Strong production system experience
- Curiosity about AI, LLMs, and agentic patterns
- Developer experience focus with friction-reduction mindset
- Clear communication and cross-team collaboration skills
- Comfort navigating ambiguity in emerging technology spaces
Preferred Technical Skills
- TypeScript, Java, or Golang
- GCP and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling
- LLM/AI API integration and agentic system development
- Data analysis tools (BigQuery, VertexAI)
- Kubernetes containerization and orchestration
