Lead Agentic AI Engineer

OLX Group is one of the largest online classifieds businesses in the world. We are building an agentic AI platform to automate complex business processes across the organization.

About the Role

As the Lead Agentic AI Engineer, you will architect and build the platform that powers autonomous workflows across Finance, HR, Legal, Customer Support, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop an agentic AI platform
• Use this platform to implement the initial agentic workflows capable of automating complex processes in areas including Finance, HR, Legal, Customer Support, and Operations
• Integrate multiple AI tools into seamless end-to-end solutions
• Develop automation systems covering data ingestion, processing, and execution
• Customize AI models for specific business requirements
• Mentor junior agentic AI developers
• Monitor and optimize system performance for scalability
• Maintain documentation and provide stakeholder reports

Requirements

• Strong understanding of agentic AI systems with autonomous decision-making and multi-agent architectures
• Hands-on experience with tools like Claude, n8n, AWS QuickSight, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph
• Understanding of agentic integration patterns such as MCP and A2A
• Knowledge of agent loops, tool usage, security, and orchestration of sub-agents
• Experience with LLM safety, observability, and evaluation
• Proficiency in building APIs (Python, JavaScript, Go)
• Experience designing large-scale systems, ETL pipelines, and working with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills

Compensation

Base salary plus annual bonus up to 20% of annual gross salary. 100% remote work with the option to work from the Barcelona office.
