About the Role
Pipedrive is hiring a Principal AI/ML Scientist & Engineer to build the intelligence within their AI-native CRM, including the design of autonomous agentic workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with engineering and business teams, turning experimental AI and ML models into transparent, performant, production-ready solutions that create real business value
- Build the intelligence within our AI-native CRM, including the design of autonomous agentic workflows
- Design real-time reasoning engines that execute business actions safely at scale
- Own large language model operations (LLMOps)
Tech Stack:
- LangGraph (agentic system orchestration)
- RAG architectures
- Vector databases
- AWS/GCP cloud infrastructure
- Kafka (data streaming)
- Feature stores
- Container orchestration
This is a production-focused role building AI agent systems and LLM-powered products for customers.
