We're a mental health nonprofit that runs like a tech startup, building the world's first digital marketplace for finding mental health services. Aggregator UX simplicity, but for therapy, psychiatry, support groups, and other mental health services. Small team punching above its weight.

Stack: NestJS, NextJS, Postgres, on GCP. AI-assisted dev tooling and agentic workflows are a first-class part of our process.

Lead Software Engineer: Design and build LLM-driven workflows to ingest, normalize, and maintain production-grade data from disparate sources. Define schemas, data contracts, and ranking/retrieval logic. ~10+ yrs, backend/data infra. $225K-$250K.

Responsibilities:

• Architect LLM pipelines for ingestion, classification, and entity resolution across mental health provider data
• Design data schemas and contracts that scale across heterogeneous sources
• Build ranking and retrieval logic that powers search and matching
• Lead the engineering team's adoption of agentic workflows in development
• Partner with product to ship meaningful features quickly

Hiring Process: 30 min Phone screen + 60 min in-person (talk about solving hard problems) + paid work trial to get to know the team.
