Key Responsibilities
- Expand Agent Karla's intelligence by building new orchestration patterns and retrieval strategies
- Own end-to-end production systems including classification, enrichment, fine-tuning, and agent orchestration
- Improve existing NLP pipelines
- Build evaluation frameworks
- Ship new ML capabilities
Requirements
- Production ML experience
- Python proficiency
- NLP/LLM frameworks: Hugging Face, spaCy, OpenNMT
- Agent frameworks: LangGraph, LangChain
- Open-source models: Qwen, LLaMA, Mistral
- Inference servers: NVIDIA Triton, vLLM
- Data orchestration: Kestra, Airflow, Prefect
- AI-assisted tools: Cursor, Claude
