AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI Agents to streamline recruiter workflows
• Build and fine-tune machine learning and LLM-based models for reasoning, classification, prediction, and task execution
• Integrate AI Agents with business systems and enterprise customer data
• Define data collection and modeling frameworks
• Implement agent orchestration, memory, tool-use, and feedback loops to ensure reliability and scalability
• Evaluate model performance using quantitative metrics and KPIs
• Coordinate with engineering to productionize models and algorithms
• Collaborate with Data Science teams on cross-product efforts

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years as an AI Engineer or equivalent experience
• Backend service development in strongly-typed languages (Rust, Scala, Go)
• AI/ML fundamentals and model optimization knowledge
• Understanding of NLP, LLMs, prompt engineering, agent reasoning patterns, RAG, and embedding models
• Enterprise AI Agent deployment experience with optimization
• AWS and CI/CD pipeline experience
• Highly concurrent backend systems expertise
• MLOps and LLM evaluation knowledge
• Responsible AI, security, and compliance knowledge

Salary: EUR 90,000-97,000 (varies by experience, skills, location).

Location: Vienna, Austria. Remote within country.
