AI Engineer II (Remote - LATAM)

Sezzle is hiring an AI Engineer II in Latin America (remote) to work on their Applied AI team with end-to-end ownership of AI platforms - design, development, production rollout, and mentorship. The role requires experience developing AI-assisted or agentic systems that interact with tools, data, or workflows. You will work with transformer architectures (BERT, GPT), vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector), NLP techniques, embeddings, and RAG patterns. Understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and LLM application patterns is required. Tech stack includes Python, SQL, React, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes. Salary range is $3,333-$6,000 per month (USD gross). Requires 3-5 years experience.
