Senior AI Engineer - LLM Systems & RAG Optimization

Texas Sports Academy is looking for a Senior AI Engineer specializing in LLM systems and RAG optimization to develop AI-driven solutions that surface personalized insights for athletes and coaches. Your expertise in retrieval-augmented generation will enable the integration of comprehensive data sources, empowering the systems to deliver high-quality, context-aware content and responses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement LLM systems tailored to the needs of athletes and coaches.
• Optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) processes for content quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI strategy.
• Research cutting-edge AI methodologies.
• Monitor system performance and make adjustments.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with LLM and RAG systems.
• Python proficiency with strong data structures knowledge.
• Familiarity with AI/machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and modern NLP libraries.
• AI model optimization experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
