About the Role
Tietoevry is hiring an AI Developer in Helsinki to develop AI and generative AI solutions for 130+ organizations across public sector, finance, pension, energy, logistics, and manufacturing industries.
What you'll do:
- Lead technical discussions and define solutions with clients
- Convert business needs into AI use cases and solution blueprints
- Design and implement modern, maintainable applications
- Build and bring AI / LLM / GenAI solutions into production (RAG, agents, tool calls, evaluation pipelines)
- Design and build scalable data pipelines with MLOps / LLMOps practices
- Deploy and optimize models on Azure AI / Azure OpenAI
- Ensure secure, compliant, responsible AI implementations
- Mentor developers and develop reusable architectures
What we're looking for:
- Experience in software development (e.g. Python), backend / API development
- Cloud-native architectures (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Enterprise application design
- Experience with LLM platforms
- Familiarity with vector search techniques, RAG models, and evaluation methods
- CI/CD and security practices
- Fluent Finnish and English
Preferred:
- Agent-based workflows
- Vector databases
- Experience with Databricks and Snowflake
- AI / cloud certifications
- Regulated industry experience (government, finance, healthcare)
Location: Helsinki, Finland (Hybrid).
