AI Developer - Tieto Tech Consulting (m/f/d)

Tietoevry is hiring an AI Developer in Helsinki to develop AI and generative AI solutions for 130+ organizations across public sector, finance, pension, energy, logistics, and manufacturing industries.

What you'll do:

• Lead technical discussions and define solutions with clients
• Convert business needs into AI use cases and solution blueprints
• Design and implement modern, maintainable applications
• Build and bring AI / LLM / GenAI solutions into production (RAG, agents, tool calls, evaluation pipelines)
• Design and build scalable data pipelines with MLOps / LLMOps practices
• Deploy and optimize models on Azure AI / Azure OpenAI
• Ensure secure, compliant, responsible AI implementations
• Mentor developers and develop reusable architectures

What we're looking for:

• Experience in software development (e.g. Python), backend / API development
• Cloud-native architectures (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Enterprise application design
• Experience with LLM platforms
• Familiarity with vector search techniques, RAG models, and evaluation methods
• CI/CD and security practices
• Fluent Finnish and English

Preferred:

• Agent-based workflows
• Vector databases
• Experience with Databricks and Snowflake
• AI / cloud certifications
• Regulated industry experience (government, finance, healthcare)
