About the Role
Tooploox (part of Solvd Inc.) is building an AI Client Innovation team that turns what is newly possible in AI into opportunities and real solutions for clients. The team stays at the forefront of AI capabilities, translates them into practical patterns, and ships increments clients can actually use.
The AI Product Engineer role requires
- Strong full-stack engineering ability
- The ability to ship end-to-end solutions independently
- Fluency with coding agents and LLM tooling, including daily use of coding agents
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration, context engineering, and LLM APIs
- Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders
Tooploox has a 40+ person R&D team with many PhDs and has published research at NeurIPS and ICML.
Salary
- 18,000-25,000 PLN Net/month (B2B)
- 16,000-23,000 PLN Gross/month (permanent)
Location: Wroclaw, Poland (Hybrid)
