Core Responsibilities
- Participate in all software development aspects: design, coding, code review, testing, bug fixes, and documentation
- Collaborate with engineering, growth, marketing, and product teams on feature planning
- Enhance performance and reliability through new features and product refinement
- Prototype concepts for rapid user feedback iteration
- Work across the full technical stack to optimize user experience
- Mentor peers and build strong team relationships

Salary: $145,000 - $260,000 base + meaningful equity.
