About the Role
Typewise is an AI Agent Platform for customer service teams where orchestrated, fully agentic systems resolve customer requests end-to-end. As an AI Engineer, you will research and implement novel approaches to natural language understanding, multi-agent coordination, and hybrid AI-human systems. You will work on building the future of agentic AI, where your contributions will directly shape product innovation. The platform integrates with 200+ enterprise systems.
Required: CS degree or equivalent. 3+ years building and deploying ML algorithms. Production-grade Python skills. Deep understanding of LLM orchestration and multi-agent frameworks, preferably LangGraph. AWS, Docker, Kubernetes experience. Client-facing soft skills.
