AI Engineer

WITHIN is a Performance Branding company seeking an AI Engineer to design and build AI-powered applications that integrate large language models (LLMs) with internal tools, SQL databases, and advertising APIs.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and build AI-powered applications that integrate large language models (LLMs) with internal tools, SQL databases, advertising APIs
• Develop agent architectures integrating tools via MCP-style integrations
• Manage multi-turn context handling and session memory strategies
• Implement safeguards and reliability measures for tool/code execution
• Build evaluation frameworks for LLM systems
• Expand internal AI platform ("Rai") into document and workflow automation

Key Requirements:

• Strong Python programming and production system experience
• Experience building applications powered by LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI, etc.)
• Deep understanding of context windows, token limits, tool calling, structured outputs, prompt design
• SQL proficiency
• Cloud platform experience (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Git/GitHub knowledge

Strong Plus Skills:

• LLM evaluation framework design
• Embeddings, vector search, RAG architectures
• Agent/multi-agent workflows
• Stateful execution environments
• Document automation (Google Docs, Slides, PDFs)
• TypeScript
