About the Role
Zigment is an Agentic Customer Journey Platform founded in 2020 that automates customer engagement across multiple channels using AI. The platform engages every customer across every channel, then automates the journey behind it and logs every click, context and intent into a single Conversation Graph.
Product features include autonomous AI agents that qualify, nurture, and sell across channels 24/7 (responding in under 5 seconds), drag-and-drop workflow orchestration for journey building, and the proprietary Conversation Graph merging qualitative and quantitative data.
Open Role - Senior Software Engineer (4+ years experience)
For SDE roles, you will need experience with TypeScript/JavaScript/Python.
