When does featuring start?
Immediately after Stripe checkout. The listing gets the gold highlight and pin within seconds. No review queue.
What happens after 30 days?
If your listing hit 20 apply-clicks in the 30-day window, featuring ends and your post returns to standard placement. If it didn't, we automatically extend featuring for another 30 days on us. No forms, no emails to send. Up to 2 extensions (90 days total from your original purchase). The post itself stays live until its expiry date either way.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Stripe emails a tax-compliant invoice (PDF) the moment payment goes through. Add a billing email or VAT ID at checkout if you need them on the invoice.
Can I get a refund?
No cash refund. Instead, we back the placement with a click guarantee: if your listing doesn't get 20 apply-clicks in 30 days, we extend featuring for another 30 days at no cost. Automatically. Up to 2 extensions, so you pay once and get up to 90 days of featured placement until the goal is met.
What counts as a click?
An apply-button click on your listing. From a card in the feed or from the detail page, both count. Views, scrolls, and impressions don't. Only candidates who actually try to apply.
Do I need an existing listing?
Yes. Post the job for free first, then come back here to feature it. Featuring is a placement upgrade on top of an existing post.
