Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy cutting-edge generative AI and agentic commerce solutions
- Develop GenAI and Agentic experiences across the commerce lifecycle including conversational AI, AI-powered search, and LLM-based discovery and checkout
- Integrate generative AI content creation tools for product descriptions, imagery, and personalized content
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications with functional teams
- Champion adoption of latest GenAI and agentic commerce advancements
- Stay current with GenAI advancements
Must-Have Requirements:
- 10-12 years technical experience with AI/ML focus
- Hands-on experience with AI Workbenches on major cloud platforms (Gemini Enterprise, Azure AI Agent)
- Familiarity with GenAI frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face
- Knowledge of AI Agentic Infrastructure with Agent Orchestration Layers and integration protocols (MCP, ACP)
- Understanding of commerce tech stack (PXM, CMS, CDP)
- Composable commerce and MACH architecture understanding
- Cloud DevOps and observability experience
Nice-to-Have:
- Portfolio demonstrating rapid technology adoption
- Open-source contributions in GenAI or agentic commerce
- Professional cloud certifications (Google Cloud Architect, Azure Solutions Architect)
- Production AI/ML service delivery in retail or CPG sectors
