About the Role
Hightouch is the modern AI platform for marketing and growth teams. Built on the intersection of advances in LLMs and agentic AI with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks, Hightouch partners with industry leaders like Domino's, Chime, Spotify, Ramp, Whoop, and Grammarly.
As a product-minded AI engineer, you will
- Rapidly prototype proofs-of-concept for AI integration in data and marketing workflows
- Make architectural decisions about AI frameworks
- Build production data agents that can make use of a company's data to seamlessly answer analytics and data science questions
- Develop understanding of user workflows for seamless AI-assisted experiences
Required Qualifications
- Strong backend architecture skills
- Product intuition and customer thinking
- Creativity with LLM applications
- No prior LLM/AI experience required, but strong technical foundation essential

3. Hiring manager interview (30m)
4. Agent building systems interview (75m)
No programming interviews. One application per candidate maximum.
Salary: $180,000 - $320,000 USD (location independent, remote-first policy)
