About the Role
Accenture seeks an LLM/GenAI Engineer to join their AI & Data team in Vilnius, Lithuania. The role involves collaborating with Fortune 500 clients across TV & Entertainment, Telecommunications, Finance, Insurance, and Supply Chain sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI/ML end-to-end solutions using Python and LLM/GenAI frameworks
- Prototype, build, test, and deploy products powered by GenAI/LLM technology on a large scale
- Build CI/CD pipelines, containerize LLM models, and deploy to cloud/on-premise environments
- Design prototypes and POCs demonstrating solution feasibility
- Research, design, build, and train innovative applications of LLMs to solve complex real-world problems
- Provide technical guidance to clients adopting LLM technologies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years Python development; 2+ years production APIs (FastAPI, Flask)
- 2+ years AI/ML/NLP/LLM technologies; 1+ year with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Azure)
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain or similar); proficiency in prompt engineering, RAG implementation, and vector databases
- 2+ years cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure); 2+ years LLMOps/MLOps experience
- Fluent English
- Must hold EU work permit; available to start within 1-3 months
Desired Qualifications
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science or AI/ML
- Experience with fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT), quantization; open-source models (Llama, Phi, Gemma)
- Expertise in agentic frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel), multi-agent systems, tool use/function calling
- Understanding of Responsible AI including bias detection and data privacy
Salary: EUR 2,600 - EUR 5,000 gross/month. Benefits include flexible vacation, health/travel insurance, relocation support, and hybrid work model.
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania. Hybrid work model with flexible hours combining office and remote work.
