As a Senior AI Engineer, you'll build the intelligence layer that powers our operations — from property management to guest services. We're developing cutting-edge Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems that transform scattered data into instant, actionable insights, enabling our teams to deliver world-class guest experiences.

You will have an impact on

• Designing high-performance RAG pipelines using MongoDB Vector DB for lightning-fast semantic search
• Building LangChain-based agent workflows for complex reasoning tasks
• Integrating multiple LLM providers (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini)
• Writing clean, scalable TypeScript code to support rapid growth
• Monitoring & optimizing with LangSmith and other LLMOps tools
• Collaborating with a small, agile team to push the boundaries of AI in hospitality

What you will add to our Crew

• Strong TypeScript skills
• Proven experience building RAG systems end-to-end
• Deep knowledge of LangChain and agent architectures
• Expertise in MongoDB vector search
• Comfort working with multiple LLM APIs

• Prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or chunking strategies
• Debugging production AI systems and familiarity with evals techniques
• Background in hospitality or enterprise knowledge management
