The company recently secured $61M in Series A funding and counts DoorDash among its paying customers, with AI agents resolving over 1 million support tickets monthly for a single customer.
Engineers work on backend systems powering AI agents, including data pipelines, integrations, and agent infrastructure. The position emphasizes rapid shipping alongside experienced mentors while taking end-to-end ownership of smaller projects.
Key Projects
- Atlas: AI assistant features with Slack integration, natural language queries, and platform resource management
- Activity Stream: Log visualization with filtering and behavioral analytics
- Dynamic Knowledge: Time-based knowledge auto-updates from status pages
- Agent Memory: Conversation context awareness and interaction lookups across sessions
Requirements
- 1-3 years professional software engineering experience
- Curiosity, receptiveness to feedback, pragmatic approach to shipping
- Ability to work in San Francisco office full-time
- U.S. work authorization (sponsorship not provided)
Compensation: $160,000 - $250,000 annually plus equity
