Software Engineer I / II

Giga builds real-time AI agents that can understand emotion, resolve issues instantly, and scale across the world's largest enterprises. The company recently secured $61M in Series A funding and counts DoorDash among its paying customers, with AI agents resolving over 1 million support tickets monthly for a single customer.

Engineers work on backend systems powering AI agents, including data pipelines, integrations, and agent infrastructure. The position emphasizes rapid shipping alongside experienced mentors while taking end-to-end ownership of smaller projects.

Key Projects

• Atlas: AI assistant features with Slack integration, natural language queries, and platform resource management
• Activity Stream: Log visualization with filtering and behavioral analytics
• Dynamic Knowledge: Time-based knowledge auto-updates from status pages
• Agent Memory: Conversation context awareness and interaction lookups across sessions

Requirements

• 1-3 years professional software engineering experience
• Curiosity, receptiveness to feedback, pragmatic approach to shipping
• Ability to work in San Francisco office full-time
• U.S. work authorization (sponsorship not provided)

Compensation: $160,000 - $250,000 annually plus equity
