Engineers work on backend systems powering AI agents, including data pipelines, integrations, and agent infrastructure. The position emphasizes rapid shipping alongside experienced mentors while taking end-to-end ownership of smaller projects.

  • Atlas: AI assistant features with Slack integration, natural language queries, and platform resource management
  • Activity Stream: Log visualization with filtering and behavioral analytics

Requirements

  • 1-3 years professional software engineering experience
  • Curiosity, receptiveness to feedback, pragmatic approach to shipping
  • Ability to work in San Francisco office full-time

Compensation: $160,000 - $250,000 annually plus equity
