About the Role
M3 USA is hiring an AI Engineer for a remote role centered on agentic coding. You will use AI coding agents (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, OpenCode, or similar) to build software rapidly. The role involves building AI-powered systems that automate and improve workflows for M3 USA's healthcare businesses.
Primary customers are non-technical business teams. You will automate business workflows by building custom tools, scripts, and integrations. You will develop LLM-based applications including document processing, intelligent assistants, and data extraction workflows. Deploy AI applications to production and support real end users.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, or AI assistants with tool use
- A portfolio demonstrating multiple applications built via agentic coding with GitHub repos, deployed demos, or production systems
Tech stack: Python, TypeScript, SQL, Claude and OpenAI APIs, AWS/GCP/Azure, REST APIs, prompt engineering, context engineering, transformers, neural networks, agentic loops.
