About the Role
RamAIn (YC W26) develops the world's fastest computer-use agents for enterprise work. We deploy AI agents capable of operating legacy systems, desktop applications, and web portals 10 times faster than humans, replacing repetitive manual workflows.
Founded by CMU and McKinsey alumni. This is not a research-only role — you will ship models and deploy improvements within weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing planning and reasoning architectures for long-horizon computer-use agents
- Training multimodal models understanding UI layouts, screenshots, and DOM structures
- Building fast action-selection systems operating across messy, real-world software
- Improving reliability, latency, and robustness of deployed agents
- Running experiments and shipping improvements to production
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with exceptional hands-on experience building agentic systems, OR recent PhD/Master's in machine learning, AI, robotics, RL pipelines, or multimodal models
- Machine learning proficiency
- Python
- AI agent orchestration systems
- Rapid iteration from idea to experiment to deployment
- 1+ years experience
Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 USD annually.
Equity: 0.30% - 1.20%.
