Key Responsibilities

• Lead intelligent agent development for complex supply chain tasks requiring reliability
• Design distributed systems architecture for 24/7 global availability serving millions of users
• Create planning systems enabling multi-step autonomous workflows
• Partner with product and executive leadership on multi-year technical roadmaps
• Guide AI model deployment, safety constraints, and reliability frameworks
• Mentor engineers on code quality and AI/ML practices

Required Skills

• B.S. Computer Science with AI coursework (M.S. preferred)
• 4-12 years software engineering experience (varies by level: 7-12 for Lead, 4-8 for Senior)
• Multiple programming languages: Python, Go, Java, C++

• Modern AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)

Salary

• Standard: $148,500 - $260,100 annually
• San Francisco/NYC metro areas: $178,900 - $285,800 annually
